Why convert Excel to PDF
A spreadsheet sent as is can be changed by mistake, and it doesn't open well without the right software. When you convert Excel to PDF, your quote, budget or schedule can be read on any device, with the figures and formatting you chose. It's also the expected format for printing it or attaching it to an application.
The conversion is done by LibreOffice, which respects the print areas and page settings saved in your file. A very wide table may be split across several pages: to keep it on one, set the orientation or print scale in your spreadsheet before converting.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files safe?
They are processed on our servers and deleted as soon as the PDF is sent back to you. Nothing is kept, viewed or shared.
Are all the sheets converted when I save Excel as PDF?
Yes, every sheet that contains data is included in the PDF, one after another, following the print areas you defined.
Why is my table split across several pages?
It's wider than a page. In your spreadsheet, switch to landscape orientation or adjust the scale to fit one page wide, then run the conversion again.
Can I convert a CSV file?
Yes. The CSV is read as a simple table, without formatting, then converted to PDF.
How many files can I convert at once?
Up to 20 files, 50 MB each. You get them back together in a ZIP archive.
